One of my biggest dream is that to having the feeling of empowerment that comes with being able to lift ny own bodyweight.
And of course, there is nothing sexier than the woman’s back.
I imagine, that I can walk in to any gym and hop on the pull bar and easily do 8 to 10 reps -or even more. This there is something with this picture in my head, that feeling what if I could do it….
I stopped just imagine things and this is one of them.
Recently started to train for be able to do pull ups. Because, I have to admit: I can’t even do one and I even had to use a box to jump from it.
That’s gonna change. I started with Pull Up Negatives, it’s when I jump up to the bar and hold for 4 seconds than slowly, with controlled moves let myself back down.
I’m almost completely following @jaim91 ‘PULL UP LIKE A PRO‘ workout – why only almost, is because I have to moderate a lot e with each of the exercise.
I know it’s gonna be a long journey but I won’t stop until o do ONE PULL UP!!
What challenges are you facing at this moment?
