Well, well, well…. I am back Baby!
Started a program what will put me into shape.
And as in lockdown I chose a no equipment Cali-shred-x workout.
Believe it or not, it is hardcore; which I will record and share them, so you can do the workout too.
But, one thing is even more important than the workout themselves, and without proper fuel those sessions will do very less.
I’m following a meal plan with a 1500 kcal target.
The dishes are amazing and extremely delicious.
Here is my first day:
For breakfast had porridge with berries.
Lunch: Minestrone
And for dinner: had home made tortilla. (I’m very proud of my first time tortillas).
I had a morning a cheat as I had one more, and last pretzel and I couldn’t not throw it away.
As a pre-workout had a berries smoothie with avocado and apple.
And for post-workout had a beautiful peanut butter and banana milkshake.
If I haven’t have that pretzel I could have save 240 calories and I wouldn’t exceed my target.
