Today I have a short post only.
There is so much to learn.
Techniques – which are more important then push the weights higher and higher just to show off?!..
I rather go slowly in my progress than others but without injuries and any problems; but actually get leaner and stronger..
Focus – to be able to focus on the movement and on the muscle I am training. It’s like a meditation.. breath, concentrate, slow movement..
Still needs to be corrected- as you can see- but I’ll get there :).
Somehow I do like to train alone. Having my music, and just do my circuit, supersets without interruption.
All I have in mind is how my body feels, I am learning to read my body.
It’s really fascinating how much you can learn about yourself when you are exercising. It’s not just about your outside appearance, it’s about your mindset too.
