Your mind can make you sick – and it can – remember that it also can make you well.

 

You cannot have a healthy body without a healthy mind, and it is exceedingly difficult to maintain a Positive Mental Attitude when your body is unwell.

Follow work with play, mental exertion with physical activity, exercise with rest and relaxation, and eating with fasting.

And temper seriousness with good humour.
