Your Thoughts are You.

Every thoughts, that you have over and over again- especially when you giving emotions to it, you’ll adopt them and they will become part of you.

Thoughts are – Things. Every thoughts you have – bad or good – is either you will get advantage or disadvantages from them.

The most important question is that Are Your Thoughts have effecting you?

The person you become is depending on what kind of thoughts you have in the majority of the day.

You attract what you are thinking of.

You attract what you are!

You have to do the work though.

The moment you start thinking about negative things and you catch yourself on it; You have to make a conscious decision about you’re not wanting them and deleting those bad thoughts.

Then you have to replace them ones with positive peers.

It’s a good exercise: when you start having negative thoughts and feelings, and when you are start to be aware of it, just say to yourself “okay, this is how in felt or thought not to long ago – about the thing that makes you have negative emotions – but I don’t want them anymore BECAUSE this is how I’m feeling or thinking – about that thing -… so from that moment you switch negative thoughts to positive.

It’s takes lots of practice- I know because I’m trying to be able to control my thoughts in that way for years now.

Be aware of your thoughts-what your subconscious mind is telling you.
