Jealousy

How often have you thought that you could do better then your fellow workers or how many times you felt that other’s success was giving to them and they just got lucky or giving the opportunity to them.

And never realising that they have paid, sacrifice to get where they are now and the knowledge they have accumulated to earn the right to hold to that position?

It’s easy to bitch about others what they have or achieved and surely they’ve given the opportunity and not worked for their success.

It’s far more productive to recognise the contribution of others and give them the credit for a job well done.

If you aspire to higher level of recognition, demonstrate to others that you can be counted upon.

The world’s greatest rewards accurate to those who always deliver on their promises.
