We take everything, everyone around us granted. Even our body and mind.
Whenever you feel fate has been unkind to you, all you must do is look around you and you will begin to appreciate how fortunate you are.
Make sure your life’s plan includes giving something back to the community (even to your family and friends) and not expecting anything in return.
Giving time and effort, not just money, reinforces your connections, provides you with concrete proof of effectiveness of deliberate action, and remind you of the inspiring power of determination.
Take care of your body and mind. Have gratitude you have ever day.
Here a good exercise I’ll start myself too:
Sit down daily and think through 3 things you are grateful for – The trick is that you need to picture it in your mind and sit with that feeling of gratitude in your body. Doing this every day will rewire your brain to be naturally more grateful, and you’ll start feeling happier after every ‘session’.
