If you worry or afraid of anything, there is something in your mental attitude that needs correction.
Worry and fear are negative emotions that serves no useful purpose.
Worse, they are not benign influences on your behaviour.
Both tend to expand if left unchecked until they crowd out positive emotions and beliefs, taking over your mind and filling it with counterproductive emotions that cause you to doubt your ability. To succeed at anything you attempt.
Unless you control worry and fear, one day you will discover that they control you.
While the emotions can’t always be corrected with logic or reason, they are always susceptible to action.
Act, and even if your actions aren’t entirely appropriate for the situation, the very act of doubting something – anything – constructive will have a positive effect on your mind and attitude.
It is the hardest task ever to get control over our own negative minds. It’s like we are addicted to those thoughts, which gives us the feeling of being a victim, who always gets a bite from the lief’s shit sandwich. When a situation comes what makes you feel uncomfortable, sad and hopeless, let yourself soak in your worse a little bit, than stand up and ask yourself: “This is how I want to feel?”, the answer may be: “Whatever, why not” or hopefully will be: “Fuck No!”.
If so, Then ask again: “How do I want to feel? What is I want?” And what can I do to change that?”. Your situation won’t change after this little excise, but examining yourself will allow you to NOT give power to ‘Worry and Fear’, and you are taking over your negative mind. Like in my 5/365 I’m talking about how to focus on the Solutions not on the Problems itself.
