I’ve been asking around much more experienced people, who are either personal trainers or who are into this gym game longer then me to how to get those Abs visible.

Obviously it’s more about food and all our eating habits – which I don’t want to get into now… but also if my abs not strong and big enough then won’t be able to see them either.

I’m sure that you guys are already know that my biggest aim is to have 6 pack.
It is because I think this is the hardest muscle to develop and take a lot of discipline in all areas. All the training and eating habits and everything what comes with it.

So the things I found is that the abdominal muscles must be trained the same way as all other muscles. Have to use resistance training to make them grow.

On the video I’ve shown two different workouts what I started to do lately to train my abs.

On the abs machine I’ve been told that the hardest and most important part is not when you crunch you muscles, it’s when you’re coming back from it. When you can control your muscles and move them slow.

The magic is in the tempo. Slow and controlled movements.
The other key is the weight, the resistance same with all other muscle group.

This is the most painful training for me. A bit of a suffering will help me to get to my goal.

So, what do I need to have it? Not motivation, not at all.
Believe it or not the most of the time of not always I DON’T WANT TO GO TO GYM AND MAKE MY BODY ACHE. However I do have a ‘WHY’ what drives me and keep me going.

All I need is Discipline! And that’s a huge challenge for me and hardest is in the kitchen not in the gym.

But this is another subject to another time..

The goal is set. It’s time to take it seriously!

Let’s wrap up with the following quote:

Setting goals is the first step to turning invisible into the visible.
