After 6 weeks break from training I’m finally back.

Having a couple of new trainings what will push me to my limits.

I’ve had around 40 minutes to complete my session only.

Well, it wasn’t my best training. I wasn’t planning it very well and felt like a big mess. And it was.

On the video it’s visible that I look like who’s never worked out before. I am very weak with my upper body, barley could do push ups.

I feel like I have to learn my body all over again.

I felt weak and I felt very disappointed with myself as I was struggling not just with the movements,but with the whole workout. It wasn’t organised.

And it made me realise that this mirroring my mind right now.

I am in a big mess with a lots of thoughts in my head.

I am a firm believer that training is helping me to organise all aspects of my life, helping me to stay on track.

Starting all over again it’s not a bad thing. Its actually giving me a bigger push to come back now even better as I was just 2 months ago.

I am back and will smash it!
