Today’s post will be very straight to the point:
50 minutes (warm up and stretching) High Intensity Interval Training.I was struggling the whole time the moment I started my warm up.
Did move my joints around (neck, arms, core, knees, feet).To get the oxygen flow jumped to cycle 0.5 mile and row 500 metres as fast as I can.
I have to tell you, a couple of minutes after I figured that was a stupid idea.Then had 3 circuits of the following with reputation of 10 at 1st circuit, then 2nd circuit x12 and all that followed by 3rd circuit with reputation of ‘until failure’.
Jumping Squats
V- Pass
Push Ups with dumbbell jump into squats and bicep curl
Dumbbell Swing into bicep curl
300 metres sprint
For one circuit.As a finisher I had 3 sets of 15 deadlifts and then at last stretched out my body.
It was a lovely workout and this time much organised compared to my first workout session.
