New routines are in the schedule and I can not be more excited about them.

Using only sandbag for a training I never even considered before to do so. But how I felt the next day I wouldn’t even think of.

In my shoulders and my back was sore after the training.

And that made feel good.

The techniques for all the workouts are still needs a lot of practise and focus.

But I think watching back myself it’s more effective then staring at the mirror and watching myself while I workout.

My lounges are the worse, I have no balance whatsoever, which makes it very hard to complete the movements correctly.

I started a new thing lately: practicing the workouts before I’m actually doing the workout without any weights to be able to use the most correct techniques as possible.
