Yesterday had my second training session outside. ๐ (first in January at the beach).
But first time I had a ‘Freestyle HIIT Workout‘.
Its just so different feeling compared to an inside training session, in the gym between all those equipments.
I felt awesome, felt connected to Mother Earth.
I had a very short time to do some workout. Between 10 to 15 minutes but still managed 3 circuits.
I almost left the whole thing as I had not a long time but I figured, moving my bum around for 15 minutes much more better to not at all , just because I didn’t plan the whole think.
I felt pumped up to complete any kind of exercise. If I wouldn’t do anything I would have been angry at myself for not doing it.
However, it’s clearly visible on the video that my technique was rushed and not correctly made the movements.
Well, it wasn’t easy to focus on my technique as my companion didn’t really let me and at the end I had to give up. (Bailey the Dog) ๐
We are all going through learning phases… and I think we never pass that. I think its important to share my struggles because telling your own truth makes you more real to yourself.
Too many people on social media want to share and show the ‘perfection’. My aim is to show you through my progress, my ups and downs; how the whole thing just not perfect and won’t be ever.
