Hi There, I hope you are having a wonderful day 🙂 First of, it is extremely hard to share a picture like this of myself, but if I do I have to make it fun (let me know when you noticed 😉 ).
In this post I’ll talk about “challenges“ and I tried to give a title which is suits me right now :). Well, my biggest dream at the moment…
You can find so much challenges all around the internet. I don’t even want to list them, it would take a whole day if not more.
So, but why do I need any challenge at all? The answer is, that I don’t but it is coming handy, from my opinion. You might asking, why is that?
Because, we are humans and when there are no goals set up, no measurement on our path we’re intend to give up on half way through or not even doing nothing.
So, I figured I need a plan, a system to come up with, because I am still not there where I want to be – and I am not talking about body transformation only, it is more complex then that…- I need a better strategy to live a more enjoyable life.
And why? Because, my time is ticking.. So, I need to hurry up 🙂
But first, lets see what’s in my mind for this post.
Nothing special to be honest but it isn’t easy, because of my bad habits to break will be a bit of a fighting.
Unfortunately I don’t have a nice routine at work, when I do get same shifts I can plan my life around it but often it’s changing. In hospitality it is always vary. But I do have my rota at least 3 weeks advance, so, I can work with that, it’s not impossible.
For the next month I’d like to be able to gym four times, if can’t do three at least.
Minimum! With planned workouts circuits (HIIT combined with weights – which my favourite
to be honest), which can be done at home or outside, can be modified and what’s important, it doesn’t take hours and quicker to lose fat and with the weights improving strengths too.
I’ll share my workouts if you think you might wanna do them too.
The second part is what I’ll be eating (?). I have a very fast metabolism and it makes me be like a baby – hungry very 3 hours and when I eat salty craving sweet so much and other way around, so that will be a biggest challenge of all.
The best food for losing weight I’ve learnt are the following, well as a vegan:
Olives, avocado (and oil), chia seeds, pecans, coconut (and oil), mushroom, seeds (sunflower, pumpkin etc.), peanut butter, tahini butter, almond butter, chickpeas, kidney beans, oat meal, tofu, vegetables (green the best and not the starchy ones, but), pea protein, ghee, seitan.

At the moment I don’t have recipes for my meal plan, I like to come up with them when I do cook, but I realise I will need some ideas for a few days before for my shopping (which I’ll do also on a budget). The ingredients above will be the main food sources of mine.
