When you build new habits (or work overcoming old ones) you have to work on resisting your ego (mind) each time. It will try to pull you back into the “comfort zone”. But that so called comfort zone not even a happy one.
It’s like resistance training in the gym. At first it’s going to be extremely hard, but each time you “resist” you build a stronger and stronger “muscle”. It takes work but the work is worth it!
Just keep going even you’re making mistakes. Welcome those mistakes, learn from them, and building you become you.
