I know, people are telling me ABS are overrated. But I never had and I want at least once to have them. And it is the hardest muscle group to build and when I will I can say ‘I’ve done it!!’; and it will make me feel that I can do anything. ๐
To wanting them so much I’m sure I am not alone with that.
Probably Abs are the only muscle group that causes so many arguments about how to get it. Everyone of us are different, there are no one person have the same shaped Abs. So, from here I think all the exercises can work a bit different with every one. And there are so many other factors what can make our job harder.
I might never going to have THE SIX PACK, but I definitely win from this. I’ll have a strong abdominal muscle group and hip, which support my spine and will have a better quality of posture, balance, functional strength and reduces back pain.
Also, I do learn more and more about self- discipline, how not to give up as it is very difficult and hard work to get it in so many ways. To be honest teaches me a lot.
This workout is one of my favourite and it is always included in my training sessions. As I mentioned it before I always do SUPER-SETS, which makes me not having rests at all during my training, instead of I do add between my sets ABS workout.
And this is one of them.
This can be done on the floor, no need to do kit necessary on the decline bench.
However, I do variations for example with scissor kicks to push my limits.
If you have a favourite Abs workout to share, don’t hesitate … ๐
