Time is the greatest of all doctors. Given a chance, it can cure most of the ills that people complain about.

 

This does not mean you should ignore physical problems. If something is wrong with your body, you need to try to understand as quickly as possible what is causing your ailment and then act to correct the situation.

But sometimes we find ourselves tense and aching. Our body heads feel fit to burst, our stomach rebel at the mildest food, and the ache in our backs is relentless. Simple tension can be the cause, and the solution is plan old honest relaxation. Allow yourself time each day to unwind, to contemplate the things you enjoy.

A few hours of carefree pleasure each week can do wonders for the problems that plague you and give the energy and perspective you feel you’ve lost.
