A big appetite generally doesn’t lead to sound health.
A common cause of food-related illness and disease is overeating. Diet is one area in which less is definietly better. This is especially true when it comes to foods containing refined sugar. If you find that you are unable to give up sweets entirely, at least limit your intake to one or two small portions per week.
Your system will be able to handle minimal amounts; just don’t make sweets containing refined sugar a regular part of your diet.
