Today’s workout was around 20 minutes only but believe me I was dying after 5 minutes.
I had a 500 metres faster walk then for the next 500 metres I was sprinting.
That was my warm up.Moved to the rope and TRX and set up them for my training.
I did 6 circuits:
15 seconds Rope
20 reps TRX ABS
I also did TRX Pull ups but rather not sharing that. For one the video is crap and second I am a bigger crap then a video a shot
Both workouts are very good to move my whole body and make me use all my strength as well as test my cardio.
Two days after my session my biceps are killing me and I didn’t lifted any weights.See the video below and don’t hesitate to share your thoughts.
