Over a week gone by since my last workout.

But we can do only so much things a day.

Eventually I’m able to organise my days and be able to get back to training much more often and much more efficiently then before.

I think I raised the level here.

I was struggling with the workout I’ve done, I won’t lie.

Getting back to train takes a lot out of me.. having bad thoughts about myself for not going but I let my laziness and ‘no time’ me get into the way.

I’ll keep going until I find the best way to fit into my day. Just need to keep my goal in mind.

This HIIT circuit took me around 35 minutes:

For warm up: 10 minutes step machine (Pamela) on level 8.

The 4 circuits of the following:

10 burpees
10 front Squats
200 m row (AFAP)
10 additional lounges with squat jump.

Finisher:

Fast phased walk over half a mile.

Than stretch the whole body.

Doing HIIT always challenges me because I feel during the workout that I am unable to do ‘one more‘ and can push myself to the limits.

And it’s a fantastic feeling when I can complete the number of circuits and reps I set myself to.

Let’s finish up this post with my following thought:

When hard times slow you down in life from what you love to do, and if something blocks you on the route, find another one. Never give up.
